Write down your worries on the bottom section of the perforated pages in the grounding notebook. Reflect and reframe it to a positive thought and record it on the top section of the notebook.

BURN- Tear away the bottom section with your negative thought and place it in the ceramic bowl. Light your candle and set your intention for positive change. Burn the paper and visualize your negative thoughts transforming into wisps of smoke, carried away by the flame.
